We use a mix of Royal Mail Standard/Signed-for mail and DPD shipping service for larger orders.
We can offer free delivery on orders above £120 within the European area. Contact us directly.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 2 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location.
How can I check my order status?
Just email us with the name and email address used for the order.
What if I need to change my shipping address or cancel an order?
Please contact us at yozmaz@gmx.com. if the order is still pending, we can update it: please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal). If the order has already shipped, we will wait for its return and refund you the full amount for the order, less shipping and any transaction fees, or you may submit a Paypal return shipping request form along with proof of your return within 30 days of transaction date.

Return Policy

Returns
Should an item arrived damaged or there are any problems with your purchase, please email yozmaz@gmx.com with the subject line: Bandcamp return.
On receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a replacement product or a refund.
You have 14 days from the date your item was received to make a claim for replacement or returning goods for refund.
For transactions made with Paypal, please submit a Paypal return shipping request form along with proof of your return within 30 days. For transactions outside Paypal, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return an item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will promptly notify you on the status of your refund or replacement item.
Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
If you purchase was made with Paypal you can benefit from their ‘Return Shipping on Us’ service.
Shipping costs for transactions outside of Paypal are nonrefundable.
